La PUBLICIDAD es la estrategia mas conveniente para colocar un producto,una idea,un plan en el mercado,para de esta forma crear una constante demanda del rubro en cuestion.
Realmente sin una amplia y constante promocion nunca se lograran los resultados y espectativas esperadas...Ya lo dice el dicho "EL QUE NO CACAREA SU HUEVO NO LO VENDE".
Aqui les presento unos datos y apuntes de como se ha venido desarrollando la Publicidad en este mercado tan amplio que es EUA en todos sus renglones:
En 1960 el gasto total en publicidad en EUA se estimo en aproximadamente 12,000 millones de dolares,es decir,2.3% del producto nacional bruto(PNB).
Como en 1947 la publicidad habia ascendido al 1.8 por ciento del PNB,se dio una ligera tendencia alcista en ese periodo posterior a la segunda guerra mundial.
En 1954 el gasto en publicidad en Canada ascendio al 1.6% del PNB,y cifras analogas en magnitud se dieron en Inglaterra.En estos dos paises los gastos en publicidad constituyeron un menor porcentaje del PNB o de la renta nacional que en los EUA.Por lo que puede inferirse de los escasos datos diponibles,que la publicidad en EUA es un medio de promocion que tiene mayor importancia que otros mercados potencialmente desarrrollados.
Los principales canales de publicidad son:Los medios impressos,como revistas y periodicos,contienen a la vez publicidad y material editorial y se venden directamente al publico;Los medios audiovisuales,como la television,la radio y recientemente el internet;La publicidad directa por correo;Y la publicidad mediante carteles publicitarios que intenta atraer la atencion del publico en influir directamente en las ventas.
La publicidad moderna se inicio en primera parte del siglo XIX,despues de la introduccion de los periodicos,diarios y revistas nacionales de bajo precio.La radio en años 20,la television en los cincuenta,el internet desde 1991,han alterado notablemente la composicion del gasto de publicidad

Este grupo merenguero ha escogido como nombre la ultima letra del alfabeto Griego (OMEGA) y creo sin esperarselo,de forma rapida se estan convirtiendo en los primeros;cual si fueran el ALPHA dentro de una generacion joven que se identifica con este tipo de estereotipo musical,estructurada basicamente con snobismos.
El acontecer de estos tiempos hace honor al dicho que expresa "que los ultimos seran los primeros";y es asi como esta sucediendo,no importa lo cuestionable de su lirica y su armonia.El lider y cantante de esta orquesta simplemente refleja una imagen propia de la juventud de hoy:
Su blin blin, su flow(Asi denominan su inspiracion), su pose de bacano, su ascendencia pueblerina; son precisamente los detalles que determinan la pretension y conducta de nuestra nueva generacion,en su mayoria.Su musica no es novedosa, su interpretacion mucho menos, pero impacta;porque esta acorde con el codigo de expresion que se esta colando e imponiendo como bola de humo en el lenguaje coloquial de los barrios,en el pueblo y en otras esferas de nuestra sociedad.
Este tipo de musica que en definitiva es una derivacion del Rap norteamericano,no importa su base ritmica,es lo mismo,tal como sucede con el Regueton.Ellos son realmente los representantes del la Filosofia urbana o callejera, son los transcriptores de la idiosincracia del sub-desarrollo.
El fuerte o truco de estas manifestaciones musicales esta en lo "reiterativo de lo que dicen y como lo dicen"; de ahi que la gente adopte y se le pegue inadvertidamente cualquier tipo de frase que sin servirle de vejacion, por el contrario le incrementa su autoestima: ALANTE, ALANTE!

Creo sin temor a equivocarme que la mayoria de la gente hoy dia saben lo necesario que son las vitaminas como sustancias organicas indispensables para la vida.
La mejor forma de obtenerlas es mediante suplementos multivitaminicos y no de manera individual;ya que mediante la combinacion heterogenea de estas se logra un mayor balance de su contenido.
Las vitaminas regulan nuestro metabolismo a traves de sistemas enzimaticos,por lo que una simple deficiencia puede poner en peligro todo el cuerpo.
De todas maneras pese al beneficio de los suplementos vitaminicos,hay tiempos,situaciones y condiciones metabolicas donde ciertas precauciones y regulaciones son aconsejables.
Aqui ciertos consejos para su propio bienestar y para obtener el maximo rendimiento de las vitaminas:
-La prolongada ingestion de cualquiera de las vitaminas B puede resultar en un agotamiento significativo de las otras.
-Una deficiencia de la vitamina A puede conducir a perdidas de la vitamina C.
-La vitamina E debe dejar de tomarse gradualmente.
-Grandes cantidades de cafeina pueden inhibir la absorcion del hierro.
-Demasiada ingestion de sodio puede causar perdidas de potasio.
-La ingestion excesiva de zinc puede resultar en perdidas de hierro y cobre.
-Los antibioticos pueden reducir su efectividad cuando se toman con los suplementos.Se recomienda tomar las vitaminas de una hora a dos horas despues de los antibioticos.
-La papaya o las piñas crudas no son recomendables para las personas que sufren de ulceras.
*No obstante estas sugerencias siempre consulte su medico...SALUD PARA TODOS!!!

Anthony Santos es hoy por hoy uno de los principales protagonistas de este genero,que sigue demostrando el porque tanta gente en Latinoamerica simpatiza con sus canciones.
Su melodia,su sencillez, y su sentimiento con sabor a pueblo y barrio lo colocan como el mas ascendente interprete de la bachata de amargue.
Su mas reciente exito "VETE" es una evidencia fiel de que Anthony Santos sin lugar a dudas es el mas creativo y diverso en el ritmo de la Bachata.

Dicen los expertos que la inteligencia se compone de fluidez verbal, capacidad para resolver problemas y destreza practica.Yo concluiria diciendo que la inteligencia es "una energia mental", la cual podemos representarla como una bombilla cuya capacidad dependera en cada quien de la potencia y habilidad de encenderla en tiempo preciso, cuando pasamos por momentos oscuros.
Pero ser inteligente no necesariamente representa a un individuo como un ser perfecto o invulnerable.Siendo altamente capaces podemos cometer deslices.Por ejemplo:La moral no esta relacionada directamente con la inteligencia,mucho menos con las emosiones.Hay politicos inteligentes que han fracasado debido a carencia de moral,convirtiendose en incurridores de errores garrafales...
Han habido sabios predicadores que han sucumbido ante tentaciones y bajas pasiones.Hasta SALOMON uno de los mas grandes sabios de la historia fue desaprobado por DIOS,por errar en desobediencia

LO MEDICINAL DE LO NATURAL
Creo sin temor a equivocarme que la mayoria de la gente hoy dia saben lo necesario que son las vitaminas como sustancias organicas indispensables para la vida.
La mejor forma de obtenerlas es mediante suplementos multivitaminicos y no de manera individual;ya que mediante la combinacion heterogenea de estas se logra un mayor balance de su contenido.
Las vitaminas regulan nuestro metabolismo a traves de sistemas enzimaticos,por lo que una simple deficiencia puede poner en peligro todo el cuerpo.
De todas maneras pese al beneficio de los suplementos vitaminicos,hay tiempos,situaciones y condiciones metabolicas donde ciertas precauciones y regulaciones son aconsejables.

-La prolongada ingestion de cualquiera de las vitaminas B puede resultar en un agotamiento significativo de las otras.

LA POLITICA COMPAY

Ha transcurrido el 16 de Agosto fecha conmemorativa de la Restauracion de nuestra Republica;fecha trascendental donde los ciudadanos dominicanos por tradicion esperan cambios considerables en el tren gubernamental administrativo.
Hay aspirantes que ven cada 16 de Agosto como una fila que les permitiria colarse y asi pegarse a la dichosa y sabrosa ubre de la gran vaca,que no es mas que nuestro patrimonio en toda su extension y riquezas.
En estos dias,el rumor cobra vida de manera desmedida y hay quienes se aprestan hacer vaticinios que en ocasiones son acertados y en multiples casos pasan desapercibidos.
Muchos son los que siguen propugnando por el acostumbrado reemplazo burocratico de ciertos funcionarios y tambien es un reclamo sistematico del pueblo en procura de funcionarios publicos con verdadera vocacion de servicio y con intenciones de soluciones efectivas y sanas para el pais en sentido general.
Pero Yo me pregunto,cuenta el actual gobierno con una reserva humana capaz de enmendar la ineficiencia y errores de ciertos delegados del partido elegido hace casi 4 años,para supuestamente encumbrar el futuro de nuestra nacion por verdaderos linderos y senderos de bienestar y progreso.
Probablemente el Dr. Leonel Fernandez haya considerado el atraer,como tactica politica, a dirigentes de la oposicion con capacidad tecnica,liderato y profesionalidad amplia para tener una mejor funcionabilidad y consenso en momentos de reeleccion y culmino de este periodo de gobierno.
Pero la oposicion como parte de nuestra controversial politica,al momento de negociaciones con el gobierno de turno,no toma riesgos y mucho menos se sacrifica por el bienestar real del pueblo...Por un orgullo arraigado y tambien por un axioma equivocado,sustentado en que el gobierno y la oposicion son como el fuego y la gasolina,en consecuencia no hay manera de asociarse.
En conclusion,soy de los que opina,que mas que un cambio de nuevos servidores;son los politicos en sentido general que mediante la reflexion y revision a fondo,necesitan un cambio de conciencia,tener una mejor actitud y un mejor corazon para que nuestro pueblo siga creyendo en quien elige y en quienes nos dirigen.

Mi signo es Piscis y mi mujer Mercedes.Esas son las dos cosas mas importantes que me han ocurrido en mi vida,porque gracias a ellas,al menos hasta ahora,he logrado sobrevivir escribiendo.
Soy escritor por timidez.Mi verdadera vocacion es la prestidigitador,pero me ofusco tanto tratando de hacer un truco,que he tenido que refugiarme en la soledad de la literatura.Ambas actividades,en todo caso,conducen a lo unico que me ha interesado desde niño:que mis amigos me quieran mas.
En mi caso,el ser escritor es un merito descomunal,porque soy muy bruto para escribir...He tenido que someterme a una disciplina atroz para terminar media pagina en ocho horas de trabajo;peleo a trompadas con cada palabra y casi siempre es ella que sale ganando,pero soy tan testarudo que he logrado publicar cuatro libros en veinte años...Los siguientes libros van mas despacios que los que ya escribi;porque entre los acreedores y una neuralgia,me quedan muy pocas horas libres.
Nunca hablo de literatura,porque no se lo que es y ademas estoy convencido de que el mundo seria igual sin ella.

July Fourth is the birthday of the United State.It is a national holiday.Another name for July Fourth is Independence Day.We celebrate this day as Independence Day because on July 4,1776 the original thirteen colonies declared their independence fron England.
Before 1776,the King of England ruled the thirteen colonies in America.The colonists were angry with the King because of taxes.They wanted their independence from England.
A war started in 1775 between the colinists and soldiers from England.The colonists won the war.They wanted to say why they desired their independence or freedom from England.
So they chose Thomas Jefferson to write the Declaration of Independence.On July4,1776,the leaders of the colonies signed the Declaration of Independence in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania.It said that all people were iqual and had the righ to live in freedom.A new nation was born.People rang bells and fired guns for the birth of the United States of America.
Today we celebrate July Fourth in many different ways.During the day,many people get together with friends and family members for picnics.Many cities have parades with bands in the streets.At night there are noisy fireworks.These beautiful fireworks of different colors light up the sky all across the country.
Congratulations to all americans including all of us that became american citizens without missing our native nationality.

¿QUÉ ES EL ÉXITO?
¿No le ha ocurrido que, al leer lo que otro ha escrito, usted se hasentido como si lo hubieran plagiado o le hubieran leído elpensamiento? Pues eso me ha sucedido al leer las conclusiones delcardiólogo barcelonés Valentín Fuster en su libro La Ciencia de laSalud sobre el éxito. Para Fuster, consiste en disfrutar lo que haces,en saber que haces lo que debes y en dar a la sociedad todo lo quepuedes. Y también en maximizar el provecho de los momentos buenos ydar menos importancia a los momentos difíciles porque la realidad esque no hay éxito sin sacrificios y que todo el mundo pasa por momentosdifíciles y por situaciones incontrolables. Pero Fuster no está seguroque ese manual de supervivencia emocional se aplica a todo el mundoporque la humanidad es muy diversa. De lo que si afirma estar seguro,desde su consulta de cardiólogo, es que muchas personas logran todo eléxito social y sin embargo fracasan en su vida personal. Y sostieneque el éxito social es irrelevante, que la vida dura lo que un abrir ycerrar los ojos y que, cuando llega la muerte, a la semana siguientenadie se acordará de quiénes eran, asi que, en su lugar, ValentínFuster apostaría por el éxito personal de disfrutar lo que hace y deayudar a los demás. Igual me identifico con este cardiólogo cuandodice que hay casos de personas que son felices sin ser alegres y casosde quienes son alegres sin ser felices y diferencia la alegría, que esun estado ánimo que viene y se va, de la felicidad, que es más establey durable, y del optimismo, que es, más que un estado anímico, unaactitud que puede ser un bien vitalicio.

HISTORIA DE SIEMPRE

Nacio el 24 de Julio de 1783,en Caracas y fallecio el 17 de Diciembre de 1830. Aqui citamos algunos pensamientos de este gran "Libertador":
Juro delante de ustedes, juro por el Dios de mis padres;juro por ellos,juro por mi honor,juro por mi Patria,que no dare descanso a mi brazo ni reposo a mi alma,hasta que haya roto las cadenas que nos oprimen.
No se puede hacer nada bueno,porque los hombres buenos han desaparecido y los malos se han multiplicado...Un pueblo ignorante es un instrumento ciego de su propia destruccion....Un hombre sin estudio es un ser incompleto...Jesucristo,Don Quijote y Yo,hemos sido los mas insignes majaderos del mundo...Sin igualdad perecen todas las libertades,todos los derechos.

CITY, ST – Buying a home vs. renting is a big decision that takes careful consideration, as most mortgage consultants will agree. But the rewards of home ownership are great. For many years, purchasing real estate has been considered an extremely profitable investment. It is an achievement that offers a sense of pride, financial stability and potential tax advantages.
Yes, there are certain responsibilities associated with owning a home. Landlords will often argue the benefits of renting, and for obvious reason. If you are renting, you’re helping them make their mortgage payment.
The numbers are staggering if you look at it this way. If you are paying $1,000 per month for an apartment, and you know your rent will increase 5% every year, then over the next five years you will pay your landlord $66,309. If you are currently renting a house, you may be paying much more than that each month. Either way, you gain no equity by shelling out this monthly housing expense and you certainly won’t benefit when the property value goes up!
However, if you were to purchase your own home or condominium, you would be well on your way toward building equity within that same five-year period. By choosing a fixed-rate loan program, you can have the comfort of knowing that your monthly mortgage payment will never go up. In fact, you would have the option of refinancing to a lower interest rate at some point in the future should interest rates drop, and this would cause your monthly mortgage commitment to go down.
In addition to building equity, there are tax advantages that come into play with home ownership. Depending on your tax bracket, owning a home is often less expensive than renting after taxes. Interest payments on a mortgage below $1 million are tax-deductible, and your mortgage consultant should help you evaluate the tax advantages of various loan scenarios, and share this information with your tax consultant to glean feedback on your behalf.
To find the loan program that is right for you, your mortgage consultant will need to evaluate your monthly household income, current assets and savings, as well as any monthly obligations you may have for credit card payments, car payments, child support, etc. These prequalification factors, along with the report of your credit score, will determine how much house you can afford and what interest rate you will pay for financing. EN HOMENAJE
Anticiparse a los hechos es como tener una vision futurista de cada acontecimiento;o seria igual,que saber visualizar cada evento desde la perspectiva correcta.
A mi regreso(luego de unas merecidas vacaciones) a esta actividad que es como un desahogo donde en ocasiones se expresa mi alma en la mas alta dimension que adquiere el sentimiento y la sinceridad a traves de mis humildes cronicas...Quiero retomar esta labor al iniciarse este mes de Mayo,mes de las flores y ademas el mes en que se celebra el dia de todas las madres en America Latina...Quiero elevar este canto que son versos del autor venezolano Simon Diaz,musicalizados por Oscar D' Leon de una manera tan emotiva(titulado "Regalo de Dios",incluido en una de sus producciones a principio de los años noventas) que lo dedico a todas las mujeres;pero con especial atencion a mi madre biologica y por igual a mi madre espiritual la Virgen Santa,que en esta oportunidad corresponde mencion a la Virgen de Guadalupe...Felicidades a todas!

Dios estuvo conversando
con los Angeles del cielo
de colocar en suelo

con todo y ponerla ella
tenia que ser una estrella
amorosa y refulgente

y el mundo se ilumino
entonces Dios ordeno
que trajeran la mujer
Ese extraordinario ser
en madre lo convirtio.
Entonces desde ese dia
todo fue maravilloso
mientras mas feo mas hermoso
el hombre se convertia
La mas pobre melodia
se convirtio en serenata
una casita de plata
era el hogar de los dos
Y el tercero que era Dios
bendijo el fruto en la mata.
Quien dijo arrepentimiento
quien pronuncio la maldad
y ahora todo es verdad
donde hay gozo hay sufrimiento
Con un hijo no hay lamento
si el es espina ella es rosa
es tan pura y bondadosa
que sin ella lo sabemos
Este mundo que tenemos
hubiera sido otra cosa.
